Mission Statement

Some may ask, "Why do you need a mission statement?"

Good question.

For us, our Mission Statement represents our commitment to meeting specific customer needs while doing the right thing for our employees and the communities where we live and work. It says that we are serious about working hard and establishing long-term customer relationships that benefit our clients as well as our customers.

We don't really need a Mission Statement. But just like we have ISO certification, a dedicated, full-time workforce, and state-of-the-art IT systems, we really do need a Mission Statement to match the ideals and standards established by our other credentials.

Here it is:

"Venchurs will deliver outstanding value by providing the highest quality, service, and delivery at an attractive price to our customers by continually improving our processes and developing our people in order to achieve a sustainable and profitable future for ourselves, our customers, and our community."
